To coincide with Earth week, Waterwise and Water Group Promotions have teamed up to promote water efficiency.
Waterwise is an independent, not for profit organisation that
receives funding from the UK water industry and from sponsorship
and consultancy work. In England, it sits on the Environment
Minister’s Water Saving Group alongside the water industry
and regulators. Waterwise is a UK NGO focused on decreasing water
consumption in the UK by 2010 It is the leading authority on
water efficiency in the UK.
Water Group Promotions (WGP) provide a service for all the
water companies across the UK. Their main focus is to promote the
efficient use of water and to provide a web site for the industry
on which to communicate and to develop new ideas to promote water
efficiency.
